The Gypsy Rocks. Located 5km east of Montefrio on the road to Illora. This site was continually inhabited from Neolithic times up until the Middle Ages. Now a protected site this archaeological reserve contains prehistoric tombs (dolmens), a Visigothic burial ground and both Roman and Arab remains. |
