<font class="content">Hi
Can anyone recommend a good genuine estate agent we are looking to buy inland resale or new build in the Granada area [not city] we have been inundated with details from estate agents from our last visit to the area. Although they all seem to have some good properties listed we are very concerned as we have heard such horror stories in other areas about properties not having the correct licences or title deeds etc. Houses being taken back and in the case of new builds not being allowed to move in due to not having licences etc.
If anyone can help with a name of a good agent they have used to buy a property in the area we would be grateful
<font class="content">I can reccomend a couple of very good, reputable and officially registered estate agents who cover the whole of Granada province.
One I know through having done kitchen fitting and other interior work for clients of theirs, the other I have recently helped my parents by a property through.
Both companies get vendors to sign a legal document to ensure that all the relevant paperwork is in order before they agree to take the properties on their books. If vendors won't sign this document, they won't sell their properties.
It is a minefield out there, but any agent you deal with, you should ideally try to get your own independant Spanish lawyer, as they will work on YOUR behalf and not the agents.

<font class="content">Hi,
like you, I think it is difficult to find a good and serious estate agent, also for vendors, therefore we are trying to sell our property ourselves.
Should you still looking for a property to buy in the province of Granada, and want to avoid estate agents, we are a spanish couple (private proprietors) and have a finca for sale in the west part of Granda, not far from Loja. I don't know what you are lookin for, but just in case, I inform you about the property that we are selling: It is a finca of approx. 25.800 sqm with a totally renovated cortijo (country house) in 2005 on two floors (160 sqm) with garden (olive and fruits trees). On the same plot and only about 100 mts there is a new constructed guests house with 6 double rooms with private ensuite bathroom, lounge with wood stove, dining room with kitchen, small gym, patio, parking, pool and bbq area. The decoration of both houses is typically andalusian with wooden ceilings and both are furnished, full equipped and the most important: legalised (title deeds registered).
Should this be of your interest, you can contact us per email to: mariferf62@yahoo.es
Yours sincerely
