<font class="content">hi, I am a new user and am seeking advice if possible.

we have just brought a home in the Lecrin valley, we drove our furniture over from the UK to discover that the vendors had decided to trash the house before they left. We brought the house unfurnished and the vendors were supposed to remove everything on completion. It looks like they have had a good old party and just left the next day. We are stuck as we can't move in until the house has been cleared. Can anyone suggest someone who clears houses please? I have done web searches and nothing is coming up at all. Any advice would be most welcome as we are tired and fed up and to be honest quite gutted with the whole thing.

many thanks,
cris</font>

<font class="content">Hello,
If you want furniture cleared, you could try the secondhand furniture shop in Motril. It is just past McDonalds (on right) going into Motril on the left hand side. I know they have vans and may well do total house clearance.
Regards,

<font class="content">Hello again,
Had another thought - there is a place in Nerja that clears houses, sells seconhand furniture etc. propably cannot put their name here but google nerja and hire and you will be there.

This is what they say on their website

"Equally, happy to clear houses, remove rubbish/rubble, or collect and deliver large or awkward items.

Hope this helps,
Regards,

<font class="content">hi, thank you so much for your advice. This sounds like just the company that we need. I shall get on to google and see what comes up for what you suggested. Once again, I really appreciate your help. It is so hard trying to sort things out without the local knowledge of who to contact.

many thanks,
best wishes,
