Hi,
I am looking to generate some posative feedback between expat tradesmen living in Granada Province.
I myself have lived and worked here for the past 2 years now, specialising in design, supply and installation of kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and general associated interior work, having had a background of this in the UK, including a showroom for several years.
I would like to make contact with other tradesmen in all fields of expertise within the province, to share experiences, contacts and work opportunities.
We all know that alot of British "builders" generate bad publicity throughout Spain, but we also know that not everyone should be tarred with the same brush. I for example, stick within the parameters of my own expertise and bring in additional tradesmen for the work I'm not qualified to undertake, using both British and Spanish tradesmen.
So let's get some dialog going and show other expats that we are around, we can be trusted and share our experiences and stories for all to see.

Hi
Are you still looking for people? My partner is a carpenter with many years experience and had a workshop in Cadiar. He can make doors, windows, furniture(wardrobes, tables etc), make and fit kitchens...basically if you can draw it in wood he can make it!!
had or sill has a workshop in Cadiar?
At any rate, I´m always interested to make contact with different tradespeople. From what you mention of his skills reminds me of a chap I found when I had my kitchen business back in the UK.

He made me some fantastic kitchen furniture in every type of timber you can imagine. Between us we would come up with some superb furniture.
I would certainly be interested to make contact as I have a property reform about to start and they require some hardwood timber windows and doors. I usually use a local company in Granada, but would welcome the opportunity obtain an alternative option.
